12-week intensive program for 24 local residents and design students. Covered material sourcing, certification systems, and cost analysis. Participants completed 3 real renovation case studies.
Eco-Design Principles & Practice
8-week evening course reaching 18 working professionals. Focused on biophilic design, energy-efficient lighting systems, and indoor air quality. Students applied concepts to their own homes.
Budget-Friendly Eco-Renovation Project
Partnered with 6 households in Sai Kung to redesign living spaces within HK$30,000 budgets using sustainable materials. Combined salvaged furniture, non-toxic paints, and strategic lighting improvements. All projects completed within 8 weeks.
Non-Toxic Paints & Finishes Masterclass
Hands-on 6-week program with 15 interior designers exploring low-VOC paints, natural finishes, and off-gassing testing. Included site visits to 2 local suppliers and product comparison sessions.
